SUMMARY

  1. Warranty, return and refund terms will be as provided by the distributor / manufacturer of the item ordered.
  2. No cancellation of order possible once order confirmed and paid.
  3. Partial or full return of order items not possible unless the parts arrived with manufacture defect or damaged in transit.
  4. By placing the order and making payment, customer assumes complete responsibility for the correctness of the part/s ordered.



WARRANTY

  1. The parts supplied by AVS will be genuine spare parts with manufacturer's warranty as applicable.
  2. By proceeding to place the order with AVS and making payment it is deemed that you accept AVS is not liabe to provide any additional warranty for the parts supplied other than as provided by the distributor / manufacturer and the warranty period and terms shall be as specified by the respective distributor / manufacturer.
  3. AVS will inform you of the warranty period and terms at the time of order confirmation & payment by you.
  4. AVS will help you to lodge a claim for warranty, returns and refund with the distributor / manufacturer, if required.



RETURNS

  1. We only replace items or refund items if they contain a manufacturing defect or are damaged during the shipping process. No other return or refund is allowed.
  2. To be eligible for a return / exchange,
    a. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    b. It must also be in the original packaging, and the price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc. must be available.
    c. No pen marking in the primary carton.
    d. Primary carton should bear MRP sticker without any over writing.
    e. Primary carton should be without any damages and the part in resalable condition.
    f. Parts sold with Free of Charge (FOC) materials: Customer must return the FOC materials along with the parts sold. Otherwise the return will not be entertained.
    g. Receipt or proof of purchase. This will include copy of invoice (electronic) issued by AVS or order / invoice reference numbers.
    h. You should notify AVS within 24 hours of delivery to you.
  3. Items not eligible for return / exchange:
    a. If the item was installed or has signs of installation.
    b. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts.
    c. If you have not notified AVS within 24-hours of delivery of your intention to return, AVS shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the ordered part.
    d. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
    e. In addition AVS will publish a list of items / products on its website which are not eligible for return. Please ensure that your item is not in this ineligible list before making a claim for return.
  4. AVS either at the time of the placing of the Order by you or in its website may provide the additional terms of returns, cancellation & refund policy that is extended by the manufaturer or parts supplier.



LIST OF PARTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS

  1. RSM Brake Drums, Wheel Disc, All Child Parts, All Lubricants and other fluids, Fasteners, Spring Leafs, Trailer component parts like Dummy Axle, Brake Assy. LH/RH , Hub with Drums, Trailer kits, Radiator Assy. & Core, Engine Block, Rubber Mounting, Radiator hose, Fan Belt and lighting Materials



RETURNS PROCESS AFTER ACCEPTING DELIVERY

  1. In the event you have received a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you are required to get in touch with the customer service team through any of the below mentioned channels:
    a. Sending an email at help@autovalue.co.in
    b. Call support at 044-xxxx xxxx : Monday to Saturday from 10:00am to 6:30pm
  2. Upon receiving your complaint, Auto Value Systems P Ltd (AVS) shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if AVS is convinced that the complaint is genuine, AVS will process your request for a replacement.
  3. AVS will arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective product through its own logistics partner. In the event AVS is unable to do so, AVS will notify you regarding the same and you will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within one (1) day from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon prior consultation with AVS.
  4. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit;
  5. The returned products are subject to verification and checks by AVS in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/ return.



RETURNS WITHOUT ACCEPTING DELIVERY

  1. If you observe that the product is damaged at the time of delivery, you are requested to refuse to accept delivery and inform AVS within 24 hours. The return process of the product may be restricted by AVS depending on the nature and category of the product.
  2. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit.



REFUND PROCESS

  1. Upon receiving product, Auto Value Systems P Ltd (AVS) shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint for the return and if AVS is convinced that the complaint is genuine, AVS will process your request for a replacement or refund the amount paid by you for the order.
  2. In the event the return of a product is duly accepted by AVS, the value of such product, as originally paid by you, will be refunded to you. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and AVS or the approved payment gateway will credit your refunds directly into your debit/credit card or online accounts, or provide you with a cheque in this regard or work with the finance company to reverse the financing if you have chosen finance.
  3. Refunds will be subject to the following:
    a. Orders paid online will be refunded within 7-21 working days of receipt of the returned part at our end, through the online account or via cheque, depending on the then current circumstances as determined by AVS.
    b. For cash deposits, you will be provided with a refund cheque sent to your primary biling address.
    c. A promo code, if applicable, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by customer or AVS.
  4. However, in the event of frivolous and baseless return regarding the quality and content of the products, you will not be eligible for any refund and in addition you will be charged for delivery charges from the place of delivery back to AVS.
  5. You will also be levied additional delivery & processing charges for AVS to return the product back to you.
  6. AVS will return the product to you only after the payment of the additional charges in this case. If the additional charges are not paid by you within 72 hours, the product will be forfeited by you with no refund.
  7. In such an event AVS also reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by AVS in this regard.



CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

  1. No cancellation is possible once order has been confirmed and payment has been made.
  2. In case of requests for order cancellations post payment, AVS reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever.
  3. As part of usual business practices, if AVS receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by AVS, AVS may consider to cancel the order within a reasonable period of time. AVS will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. It has the sole right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer shall accept AVS’s decision concerning the cancellation.



CANCELLATION BY AVS

  1. There may be certain orders that AVS is unable to accept and must cancel. AVS reserves the right, at AVS's sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, without limitation: non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you; non- availability of the service; inaccuracies or errors in pricing information; or problems identified by AVS's credit and fraud avoidance department. AVS may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. AVS will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
  2. If your order is cancelled after you have made the necessary payment for the order, the said amount will be reversed back through the same mode or by cheque sent to your billing address. A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by Customer or AVS.
  3. AVS reserves the right to cancel any orders that is classified as 'Bulk Order' as determined by AVS as per certain criteria. Any Promo Code used for placing the 'Bulk Order' will not be refunded as per this cancellation policy. An order can be classified as 'Bulk Order' if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz:
    a. Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale
    b. Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address
    c. Bulk quantity of the same product ordered
    d. Invalid address given in order details
    e. Any malpractice in ordering
